CEMENTURA®

Easy-to-use single-component product based on copolymers of acrylic esters in waterbase.
By evaporation of water, a continuous film is obtained, with low water absorption, transpiring and with good resistance to bad weather and industrial atmospheres.

Protect external facades and internal walls.
Protect concrete surfaces from beating water, maintaining their breathability and reducing their tendency to carbonation.
Slow down the corrosion of the reinforcing bars and the formation of mold.

Very absorbent and prone to chalking walls should be consolidated with FRIBROPROTEX PRIMER.
Cement-based substrates must be left to season properly. To adhere to ceramic and other non-absorbent surfaces, a second coat of FONDO PER PIASTELLE must be applied.
To restore missing parts and smooth the surfaces, use COLORSIVIT RASANTE.

CEMENTURA should be applied in 2 stages, diluted with water (about 5-10%).
The wall must be clean, dry, free from dust and mold residues.The consumption of the product varies from 0.10 and 0.16 l / m2 per layer, depending on the absorption of the substrate.

Shades of yellow, orange or some reds may require more passage to obtain a good covering effect (in some cases a first layer of white is recommended).
Different production batches of the same color may have small differences: where possible, use material from a single production batch.
Some colors based on organic pigments (reds, blues, greens, intense yellows, ...) tend to lose color if they are subjected to abrasion (dry or wet): in these cases it is advisable to protect the color with a recovery transparent finish.
