The system is based on epoxy resins, formulated with high-solids components and finished with a water-based topcoat.
The system is suitable for withstanding moderate forklift traffic.
Surface Preparation
Concrete substrates must be solid, dry, level, absorbent, and free from oils, detergents, dust, or other contaminants. For newly cast screeds, the normal curing time must be respected.
Evaluate the most suitable mechanical preparation method: grinding or shot-blasting. It should be noted that there must be no rising damp; otherwise, the RAS02 system should be used.
Application
- Apply one trowel coat of FLUIDEPOX, filled 1:0.5 with Quartz B0, with a FLUIDEPOX consumption of approximately 0.25 kg/m².
- Trowel the surface with PAVIPLAST, filled 1:0.5 with Quartz B0, with a PAVIPLAST consumption of approximately 0.30 kg/m². A smooth steel trowel is used for the application.
- Apply one coat of PAVIWATER with a roller as a protective surface finish, diluted 10% with water, with a product consumption of approximately 0.13 kg/m².
- Cut the coating along the concrete joints and seal with the polyurethane elastomer SIGILFLEX.
The resulting coating thickness is approximately 0.65 mm.
