Substrate Preparation

Grind with an orbital grinder equipped with diamond tools, followed by thorough dust removal. Remove any loose parts and restore missing volumes with PAVIRAPID. Check for the absence of moisture traces and carefully verify the surface to be treated. The tiled substrate must be solid, level, absorbent, and free from contamination by oils, detergents, dust, or other substances.

Application

1. Apply a first layer of SIVITRASO with a smooth trowel, at a consumption of 1 kg/m².
   
2. Apply a second layer of SIVITRASO with a smooth trowel, at a consumption of 1 kg/m².
   
3. Apply a first layer of COLORSIVIT MALTA with a smooth trowel, at a consumption of 0.5–0.6 kg/m², or alternatively COLORSIVIT MALTA FINE at 0.3–0.4 kg/m², both mixed with 0.5–1% liquid thickener, depending on the desired texture level.
   
4. Apply a second layer of COLORSIVIT MALTA with a smooth trowel, at a consumption of 0.5–0.6 kg/m², or alternatively COLORSIVIT MALTA FINE at 0.3–0.4 kg/m², mixed with 0.5–1% liquid thickener, according to the required texture level.
   
5. Apply a first coat of transparent protective FINIWATER TOP with a roller, at a consumption of 0.10–0.125 kg/m².
   
6. Apply a second coat of transparent protective FINIWATER, or alternatively FINISOL, glossy, satin, or matte according to the required gloss level, at a consumption of 0.10–0.125 kg/m².
