Substrate Preparation

The cement base must be solid, level, absorbent, and free from oils, detergents, dust, or other contaminants. For newly laid screeds, the standard curing time must be respected. Grind with an orbital grinder equipped with diamond tools, followed by thorough dust removal.

Application

1. Apply PAVIWATER T68 with a roller, diluted 1:3 by weight with water, at a consumption of approximately 0.05 kg/m².
   
2. Apply ECOPAVIPLAST with a notched trowel at a consumption of 2 kg/m² per mm of thickness, either in a single layer or in two layers of 1 kg/m² each.
   
3. Apply the first skim coat with a smooth trowel according to the desired texture:
   - COLORSIVIT MALTA, 0.5–0.6 kg/m²,
   - or COLORSIVIT MALTA FINE, 0.3–0.4 kg/m²,
   - or COLORSIVIT MALTA FUSION, 0.4–0.5 kg/m².
   
4. Apply the second skim coat with a smooth trowel according to the desired texture:
   - COLORSIVIT MALTA, 0.5–0.6 kg/m²,
   - or COLORSIVIT MALTA FINE, 0.3–0.4 kg/m²,
   - or COLORSIVIT MALTA FUSION, 0.4–0.5 kg/m²,
   - or two coats of TRIDESIGN TOP, 0.5–0.7 kg/m².
   
5. Apply the first layer of transparent protective coating FINIWATER TOP with a roller at 0.10–0.125 kg/m².
   
6. Apply the second layer of transparent protective coating, FINIWATER or, alternatively, FINISOL (glossy, satin, or matte depending on the desired gloss level), at 0.10–0.125 kg/m².
