Self Levelling system with Fire resistance class BFL-S1.
Colored self-leveling system, fire reaction class BFL-S1, 2.5–3 mm thick, to be applied on substrates free from rising damp.
The system uses high-solid epoxy formulations and a colored polyurethane finish.
Substrate Preparation
Concrete substrates must be solid, dry, leveled, absorbent, and free from oils, detergents, dust, or other contaminants. Additionally, there must be no rising damp.
For newly cast screeds, allow the normal curing time. Assess the most suitable mechanical preparation method: grinding or shot blasting.
Application
- Apply a skim coat of FLUIDEPOX ANTIFIAMMA, loaded 20% with Quarzo B0, at a consumption of approximately 0.6 kg/m².
- Pour the self-leveling mortar PAVIPLAST ANTIFIAMMA, at a consumption of approximately 3.3 kg/m².
Apply the product using a notched trowel, leveling the surface with a spiked roller. - Apply a coat of FINISOL COLORATO LUCIDO with a roller as a protective top finish, at a consumption of approximately 0.130 kg/m².
- Cut the coating along the concrete joints and seal with SIGILFLEX polyurethane elastomer.
The resulting coating thickness is approximately 2.5–3 mm.
