Preparation of the substrate

The Concrete Substrate must be solid, levelled, absorbent, not polluted by oils, cleaners, dust or any other substance.
For new concrete substrate, the seasoning time must be respected.
Choose the most convenient mechanical preparation: Grinding or Shot-Blasting.

Application

1. Apply by roll one layer of ECOFONDO, diluted at 10% in weight with water, for a consumption of around 0,50 kg/m².
2. When necessary, seal the expansion joints with PAVIPLAST W, added with Quarzo B1 (very low consumption of product).
   Apply by roll the PAVIWATER T68, diluted in the ratio of 1 to 3 with water, for a consumption of 0,050 kg/m² of A+B.
3. Apply 4 kg/m² of self-levelling PAVIPLAST W COLORED with a notched trowel, and uniform the surface with a spiked roller to take enable the de-aeraition.
4. To increase the gloss and the chemical resistance a top coating of PAVIWATER (of the colour required) can be applied by roller, diluted with 10% of water, for a consumption of 0,130 kg/m².
5. The joints must be cut and sealed with the poly-urethane elastomer SIGILFLEX.

The final thickness of the resinous covering around 1,5 mm.
