Within the health context there are areas that need to avoid the accumulation of electrostatic charges that could damage the equipment used for diagnostics, such as operating and radiology rooms.
To meet this requirement it is essential to establish the desired degree of electrical resistance (conductivity) or between 10⁶ or 10⁹ Ohm.
The physical and chemical stability of resin floors makes it possible to operate with great frequency cleaning treatments/sterilization/disinfection/decontamination, based on both high temperatures and chemical agents.
In situations where the hygiene requirement is critical, the antibacterial resin floor allows an additional degree of protection against the development of microbes, fungi and bacteria.
The resin, unlike the other coatings, realizes a continuous floor surface, without interruptions that can turn in any direction becoming, if necessary, also covering for all walls, for architectural elements such as stairs in resin as well as for the plinth.
An antibacterial and/or anti static floor, when well made, also ensures substantial economic savings over time.

The products are treated with the addition of highly conductive substances, in order to obtain antistatic flooring, that is to have electrical conductivity characteristics able to avoid the accumulation of electrostatic charges.

AUT01 – EPOXY SELF-LEVELLING
Self-levelling cycle, based on epoxy resin.
Main features
Coloured self-levelling cycle with a thickness of 2,5-3 mm, to be applied on supports free of rising humidity. The cycle is based on epoxy resins, with formulations high in solids.

MAS03 – ANTI-STATIC SCREED
Cycle able to dissipate electrostatic charges and avoid harmful discharges (ESD).
Main features
Cycle in coloured screed able to dissipate electrostatic charges, applicable both on cement and tile supports.
The cycle is based on epoxy mortar and formulated with a high content of solids, with a thickness of about 6 mm.
The products are treated with the addition of highly conductive substances, in order to obtain antistatic flooring, that is to have electrical conductivity characteristics able to avoid the accumulation of electrostatic charges.
