Waterborne polyurethane coating for inside lines

Description
Easy-to-use one-component product based on polyurethane dispersion in aqueous vehicle.
By evaporation of water originates a continuous film, which has excellent mechanical characteristics and good resistance to abrasion and solvents.
Use
Delimitation of corridors, work areas, storage areas.
Warnings of escape routes.
Writings and drawings on floors.
Support
The substrate must have a minimum compressive strength of 25 N/mm2 and a tensile strength of 1,5 N/mm2.
Preparation of the support
Concrete bottoms must be solid, dry (seasoned if newly built), leveled, absorbent, not polluted by oils, detergents, powders or other substances.
Abrasive the surface and then roll out a recovery of FINIWATER TOP, for a consumption of 0.15-0.20 gr/m2. Tiled floors must be abrasive until a completely opaque surface is obtained.
Existing resin coatings must be abrasive, thus eliminating dust residues.
Application
Homogenize the product before use.
The product is single-component: use it "as is".
Apply in 2 stages, using a mini-roller or brush.
Avoid too thick films: you would delay the development of the final characteristics of the film, in particular deep drying and sensitivity to water.
The consumption per 30 linear meters is about 1 kg of product (two shots on 10 cm wide strips).
To achieve a more shiny appearance you can apply a shot to finish of FINIWATER TOP.
N.B.: SPARTISIVIT cannot be applied directly on absorbent substrates because film defects may be found.
