Description
Two-component product based on cross-linked polyurethane dispersion with a hydrophilic aliphatic polyisocyanate.
The film obtained after the coalescence and crosslinking phase has the following characteristics:
- good mechanical properties
- good abrasion resistance
- good weather resistance
- good resistance to ethyl alcohol
- satin appearance
Use
Colored satin Top-Coating.
Preparation of the support
Surfaces must be cleaned, degreased and free non cohesive parts.As top-coating, it is necessary to check the coating time of the previously applied product.
Sand superficially to promote adhesion.
Application
FINIWATER SATINATO NP + COLORPASTA W
Mix the coloring paste well to homogenize.
At the time of application, add COLORPASTA W to component A and mix carefully. Add component B mixing carefully with mechanical mixer..
FINIWATER SATINATO ALREADY COLORED
At the time of application, mix component A to homogenize any sediment. Join component B to component A by mixing carefully with a mechanical drill.
FINIWATER SATINATO COLORATO
Apply with a suitable short-hair roller with a consumption of 0.100-0.125 kg/m2.
Avoid films that are too thick to allow the correct development of the mechanical chemical and aesthetic features of the film.
