Glossy water-based coloured aliphatic polyurethane top-coating
Water-based two-component polyurethane enalem. Suitable for the coloring and finishing of resin floors.

Description
Two-component product based on cross-linked polyurethane dispersion with a hydrophilic aliphatic polyisocyanate.
The film obtained after the coalescence and crosslinking phase has the following characteristics:
- high anchoring properties on various support
- excellent mechanical properties
- good abrasion resistance
- good solvent resistance
- excellent resistance to atmospheric agents
- good resistance to ethyl alcohol
- glossy appearance
Use
Colored glossy top-coating.
Preparation of the support
Surfaces must be cleaned, degreased and free of non cohesive parts.
As top-coating, it is necessary to check the coating time of the previously applied product.
Sand superficially to promote adhesion.
It is recommended to use clear sand papers with grain 150 or finer. After sanding completely remove dust from the surface.
Application
FINIWATER NP + COLORPASTA W
Mix the coloring paste well to homogenize.
In the moment of application, add COLORPASTA W to component A and mix carefully. Add component B mixing carefully with mechanical mixer.
FINIWATER ALREADY COLORED
At the time of application, mix component A to homogenize. Join component B to component A by mixing carefully with a mechanical mixer.
FINIWATER COLORATO
Apply the colored mixture with a consumption of 0.100-0.125 kg/m2. For the application it is recommended to use suitable medium-hair rollers.
Avoid films that are too thick to allow the correct development of the mechanical chemical and aesthetic features of the film.
