Waterproofing membrane
Solvent-free two-component polyurethane membrane for elastic walkable coverings. Particularly suitable for terraces, balconies and bituminous substrate coatings.
Note. For the application of this product, compulsory training and relative license are required, in compliance with Reg. (EU) 1149/20 concerning isocyanates handling.

Description
IMPERMISIVIT MP is a solvent-free two-component product based on polyurea, to be applied in the liquid state to form a continuous elastic-tenacious coating, which withstands pedestrian transit.
Use
Waterproof floors for terraces, balconies and solar pavements.
Waterproofing of flat roofs, eaves and ducts.
Protective coating of concrete. Coating of bituminous substrates.
Preparation of the support
IMPERMISIVIT MP it should be applied on a suitable primer, dusted with quartz. Depending on the primer used, carry out the following procedure:
- PAVIWATER T68 => sprinkle with QUARZO B0 or B1
- FLUIDEPOX => sprinkle with QUARZO B1 or B2
- ECOFONDO PLUS or ECOFONDO ONE, sprinkle with QUARZO B1
The substrates must first be prepared with appropriate mechanical action, followed by shaving, to obtain a uniform surface.
Newly built cement supports must be left to mature. Asphalt surfaces and bituminous membranes must be evaluated as consistency and treated with PAVIWATER T68 and relative quartz dust.
To restore missing parts use PAVIRAPID.
Application
At the time of application, combine the two components in a single container and mix carefully for 2 minutes, using appropriate equipment (propeller drill).
Quickly use the entire contents of the container. When emptying the container avoid scraping the edges and the bottom, as there may be some product not perfectly blended.
Casting
Poor with american trowel, with a consumption of 2.3 kg/m2 , corresponding to an average thickness of 2 mm.
Once hardened, IMPERMISIVIT MP will form an elastic membrane.
After application, uniform with a bubble breaker.
Dust with quartz
After mixing the 2 components, add 20% by weight of QUARZO B1 and stir with a drill. Shave for a consumption of 0,60 kg/m2 .
Sow the same QUARZO B1 for a consumption of 1.5-2.0 kg/m2 .
N.B.: IMPERMISIVIT MP it is not sufficiently resistant to UV rays. The application intended for direc exposure to sunlight must be protected with FINITURA LP.
