Coating cycle, which can disperse the electro-static charges and avoid dangerous electrical discharges (ESD)
Colored painting cycle based on epoxy resins in aqueous emulsion for cementitious substrates free from rising damp, capable of dissipating electrostatic charges.
Preparation of the surface
Old substrates will have to be solid, dry, flat, absorbent, and not polluted by oils, cleaning agents, powders or other substances.
For the brand new concrete substrates , the seasoned time must be respected.
Choose the most convenient mechanical preparation: abrasion or grinding.
Application
- Apply by roll one layer of PAVIWATER T68 A+B diluted with water in the ratio of 1 to 3, for a consumption of around 0,050 kg/m2 of product A+B.
- Apply by roll one layer of COATING ESD, for a consumption of around 0,08 kg/m2.
- Apply by roll one layer of PAVIWATER ANTISTATICO A+B, diluted with 25% of water, for a consumption of 0,09 kg/m2.
The final thickness of the coating is around 100 micron.
