Coating cycle with polyurethanic finishing, high mechanical and UV resistance.
Colored painting cycle with colored epoxy primer in aqueous emulsion and polyurethane finish with high resistance to abrasion and UV rays for cementitious substrates free from rising damp.
Preparation of the surface
Old substrates will have to be solid, dry, flat, absorbent, and not polluted by oils, cleaning agents, powders or other substances.
For the brand new concrete substrates , the seasoned time must be respected. Choose the most convenient mechanical preparation: abrasion or grinding.
Application
- Apply by roll one layer of PAVIWATER A+B diluted with 20% of water, for a consumption of around 0,130 kg/m2 of product A+B.
- By roll apply one layer of FINISOL COLOR A+B, for a consumption of around 0,130 kg/m2 of product A+B. Inert granulates can be added into the FINISOL in order to obtain an antislip surface. FINISOL is available either as transparent or coloured paint.
The final thickness is around 100 micron.
Warnings
FINISOL is a solvent-based product, therefore, during the application, it is necessary to wear active-carbons protective masks. If the base is particularly absorbing or dusty, apply as primer by roll a layer of PAVIWATER, diluted with 50% of water, and then go on as described above.
