Suitable for direct coating of concrete floors. Can be used for finishing thick epoxy-cement or epoxy floors, as well as for restoring the color of resin floors. Skirting of aseptic rooms in the food industry.
Surface Preparation
Concrete substrates must be solid, dry, level, absorbent, and free from oils, detergents, dust, or other contaminants. Additionally, there must be no rising damp (otherwise, use the VER05 system).
For newly cast screeds, the normal curing time must be observed. Evaluate the most suitable mechanical preparation method: abrasion or grinding with fine-grain tools.
Application
- Apply one coat of PAVIWATER with a roller, diluted 20% with water, at a product consumption of approximately 0.13 kg/m².
- Apply a second coat of PAVIWATER, diluted 10% with water, at a product consumption of approximately 0.13 kg/m². PAVIWATER can be mixed with granular aggregates to achieve a non-slip surface.
The resulting coating thickness is approximately 0.1 mm.
Warnings
If the base is particularly absorbing or dusty, apply by roller as a layer of PAVIWATER diluted at 50% in water, and then execute the above cycle.
